Concept
Starting with your requirements, which are shown in the specifications, we produce feasibility studies and concepts, which serve as a basis for the design. SID-Schier Engineering concept studies include the 3D-design, a simulation of movement patterns and acost-benef it analysis to support your investment decision.
Design
The designs are drawn up on modern CAD working station using 2D and 3 D software programmes. The blue prints with parts lists and documentation are prepared on the basis of the 3D models. We of course take responsibility for the selection of machine components, performance calculations for the drives and the required proofs of strength.
SID Schier Engineering designs are modular constructions and suitable for production.

Simulation
SID Schier Engineering creates simulations
in the design process to ensure that the
construction can withstand the expected
loads. Static and dynamic strength checks
are carried out as simulations. The results
are used for component optimisation
already during the design process.
